Dodge Challenger - Spied on the Street

Written by The Super Geek

Looks like the new Dodge Challenger is more than we we expected.

Being as I have not seen the New Dodge Challenger in the dealer yet, I can only assume that this mistake isn't the real deal.

I imagine that some Hillbilly Dirtbag Redneck doctored up some beat up crappy ass hooptie to look like what is supposed to be the biggest release for Dodge since the Charger, or dare I say it....

.... the Viper.

Naaa.  This was in New York City where I see streets littered with Cayenne Turbo's,Mercedes Maybachs and Aston Martins, almost as much as I imagine Nashville sees Darts and Novas.

Drop me a line and let me know if you think that this may actually be the Newest Coolest Most Hyped Release from this side of the pond.

Bo & Luke Duke, slide in the windows of those welded shut doors and Buckle Up.

Seasonal Ass For Sale at Sta*les

Written by The Super Geek

Get Ready America, Buy Ass on Sale Over the Counter at Sta*les.

Isn't in great when a retail chain store offers something that isn't in the catalog. Especially when it is Ass?

In this case, some Seasonal Ass.

I can see a retain chain in, let's say, Pahrump, Nevada, offering such a menu item, but then again prostitution happens to be legal there.

However, prostitution is not legal here in great state of New York, which is where Sta*les was offering this item. Did you hear that Elliot. In either case if you do need to purchase some retail Ass I did find a place that was offering it for the petty sum of $0.50.  Take a look...

Imagine how much money you would be able to charge by placing an laser beam generated advertisement in a place that, for the first time:

BILLIONS OF PEOPLE WOULD SEE IT.

Here is how Advertising on the Moon Works

  • Pick your location (on the moon)

Humans and Animals Being Hybridized

Written by The Super Geek

Humans and Animals Being Hybridized

Regulators in the UK have given scientists the green light to create human-animal embryos for research.

The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority granted permission after a consultation showed the public were "at ease" with the idea.

Experts said it was vital for research into life-threatening diseases.

Two centres, King's College London and Newcastle University, will now be able to begin their work under one-year research licences.

Any other centres wishing to do similar work will have to apply to the HFEA for permission, which will make a decision on a case-b-case basis

Geico - The Lizard, the Winch and the Warlock

Written by The Super Geek

Geico - The Lizard, the Winch and the Warlock

Last week my car was hit by a vehicle insured with Geico (The Lizard).

My Car was taken to a Geico Claims Adjustment Site (The Winch).

There, I was greeted by a Claims Adjuster (The Warlock).

New York Insurance Bill A08494 states the following:

"...only new original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement crash parts may be used on any vehicle during the year of manufacture and for two succeeding years..."

So explain to me why when my, 2006 Honda Accord EX V6 with 9839 Miles on it, was damaged and I ever so kindly took it the see a Geico Claims Adjuster, I received the following repair estimate, riddled with Parts from Mexico and "Competitive Replacement Parts". According to my window sticker My Honda is comprised of US/Canadian Parts and Japanese parts.

LED Efficient Light Bulbs Electrical Saving

Written by The Super Geek

LED Efficient Light Bulbs - Electrical Efficiency & Money Saving

L.E.D. powered light bulbs are saving me a ton of money annually.

I have taken the plunge and made some changes in my lighting and electrical set up  and have determined some seriously dramatic potential changes by making the move from incandescent to a much better alternative, LED's!

In the Beginning

Originally I made some changes from incandescent lighting to fluorescent lighting, however I found the cost of the bulbs and the life to be less dramatic than I had expected and even wanted. I then did some reading and it was brought to my attention that Money Saving LED Lighting is now available in a simple 110 volt version that easily replaces some of my lighting needs in the house.

LED's are most definitely the way of the future, originally they were ridiculously expensive as a feasible alternative to incandescent lighting or even fluorescent lighting. Typically the bulb prices ran in the double digit dollar range! That made the payoff and even the break even somewhere in the range of solar power, about 10 years or so.

I found a solution - affordable, Money Saving LED Light Bulbs.
